Mobile Mental Health Crisis Unit

Community program under the Ottawa Hospital Mental Health Program.

  • Responds to calls from individuals 16 years of age or older, family members, and professionals in the community, providing support for mental health crises through assessment, short-term intervention, links to community supports, and liaison with other health and social service providers.
  • Assistance and support is given over the telephone as well as in an individuals’ own home environment.
